I’ve been to Paris several times, but on my latest trip I finally booked a hotel room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. And honestly, it was the best move.

At night, seeing the Iron Lady sparkle from my bed, felt unreal. Then, waking up and having coffee while looking at it in the morning felt like a whole new Paris experience. If the view is your priority, the area matters a lot. In general, the 7th arrondissement is one of the best places because it’s the Eiffel Tower area and close to landmarks like Les Invalides and Musée Rodin.
However, the 15th arrondissement is also a great option. It’s close to Champ de Mars but often feels more local and can be a little calmer.
And if you want that wide, postcard angle, the 16th arrondissement around Trocadéro is famous for it (many luxury hotels are here too). For example, Shangri-La Paris is located in the 16th.

• Before booking
  Search the hotel name + “Eiffel Tower view room”, also look for guest posts from balconies, windows, and beds and most important: read recent reviews for view confirmation (recent matters most).

• During booking
  Select the exact room type that mentions Eiffel Tower view. If there are “superior rooms” or “deluxe rooms”, read the description carefully (not all of them has the view you want). Also, check if it’s partial view or total view. If the view costs more than you expected or planned, decide if it’s worth the extra cost for your trip.

• After booking (do this right away).
